                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, H.B. 1697 has been adopted by the house of
    1-2  representatives and the senate; and
    1-3        WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that need
    1-4  correction; now, therefore, be it
    1-5        RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of
    1-6  representatives be hereby instructed to make the following
    1-7  corrections:
    1-8        (1)  In Section 1(a)(2) of the bill, strike "Sec. 1(3),
    1-9  Art. 8451a, Texas Civil Statutes" and substitute "Section 1(3),
   1-10  Chapter 1036, Acts of the 62nd Legislature, Regular Session, 1971
   1-11  (Article 8451a, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes),".
   1-12        (2)  In Section 1(a)(2) of the bill, strike "Sec. 4(b),
   1-13  Art. 8407a, Texas Civil Statutes" and substitute "Section 4(b),
   1-14  Chapter 65, Acts of the 41st Legislature, 1st Called Session, 1929
   1-15  (Article 8407a, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes)".
