                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3082 has been adopted by the house of
    1-2  representatives and the senate; and
    1-3        WHEREAS, The bill contains a typographical error that should
    1-4  be corrected; now, therefore, be it
    1-5        RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of
    1-6  representatives be hereby instructed to make the following
    1-7  correction:
    1-8        In Section 3 of the bill, in added Section 56.144, Water
    1-9  Code, at the end of the second sentence of the section, strike
   1-10  "sharing jurisdiction with the watershed" and substitute "sharing
   1-11  jurisdiction within the watershed".
