                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, House Bill No. 713 has been adopted by the house of
    1-2  representatives and the senate; and
    1-3        WHEREAS, The bill contains technical and typographical errors
    1-4  that should be corrected; now, therefore, be it
    1-5        RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of
    1-6  representatives be hereby instructed to make the following
    1-7  corrections:
    1-8        (1)  In Section 10 of the bill, in amended Section 28(e),
    1-9  Article 4413(29bb), between "alarm" and "records" insert "systems".
   1-10        (2)  In the introductory language of Section 11 of the bill,
   1-11  strike "by amending Section 29 to become Section 29(a) and by
   1-12  adding Subsection (b)".
   1-13        (3)  Enroll Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 as adding new
   1-14  Sections 3B and 3C to Article 4413(29bb).
