                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, H.B. 1379 has been adopted by the house of
    1-2  representatives and the senate; and
    1-3        WHEREAS, The bill contains technical and typographical errors
    1-4  that should be corrected; now, therefore, be it
    1-5        RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of
    1-6  representatives be hereby instructed to make the following
    1-7  corrections:
    1-8              (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in the text of proposed
    1-9  Section 2(b), Article 6252-13c.1, Revised Statutes, between
   1-10  "Probation Commission," and "and court", strike "each local law
   1-11  enforcement authority," and substitute "and each local law
   1-12  enforcement authority".
   1-13              (2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in the text of added
   1-14  Section 2(d)(1), Article 6252-13c.1, Revised Statutes, between "if
   1-15  the person" and "to sign the statement", strike "refuse" and
   1-16  substitute "refuses".
   1-17              (3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in the text of added
   1-18  Section 2(d)(2)(B), Article 6252-13c.1, Revised Statutes, between
   1-19  "other disposition," and "the local law enforcement authority",
   1-20  insert "to".
