                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, House Bill 1718 has been adopted by the house of
    1-2  representatives and the senate; and
    1-3        WHEREAS, The bill contains citation errors that need
    1-4  correction; now, therefore, be it
    1-5        RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of
    1-6  representatives be hereby instructed to make the following
    1-7  corrections:
    1-8        (1)  In the amendments to Section 552.113, Government Code,
    1-9  change the references in Sections 552.113(f)(2) and 552.113(i) from
   1-10  "Subsection (e)" to "Subsection (d)".
   1-11        (2)  In Section 26 of the bill, strike Subsection (d).
   1-12        (3)  In Section 29 of the bill, strike Subdivision (2) and
   1-13  make any necessary grammatical and punctuation changes to that
   1-14  section.
