                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, House Bill No. 1367 has been adopted by the house of
    1-2  representatives and the senate; and
    1-3        WHEREAS, The bill contains grammatical and technical errors
    1-4  that should be corrected; now, therefore, be it
    1-5        RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of
    1-6  representatives be hereby instructed to make the following
    1-7  corrections:
    1-8        (1)  In Section 6 of the bill, in added Section 3(e)(2),
    1-9  Article 21.49A, Insurance Code, strike "bears" and substitute
   1-10  "bear".
   1-11        (2)  Strike Section 9 of the bill, and substitute:
   1-12        SECTION 9.  Section 4(7)(c), Article 21.21, and Articles
   1-13  21.21-3 and 21.21-5, Insurance Code, are repealed.
   1-14        (3)  In Section 10 of the bill, in added Section 5, Article
   1-15  5.33B, Insurance Code, between "use" and "any" insert "of".
   1-16        (4)  In Section 12 of the bill, strike "Amend 21.21-8,
   1-17  Insurance Code, by adding a new" and substitute "Article 21.21-8,
   1-18  Insurance Code, as added by H.B.  668, Acts of the 74th
   1-19  Legislature, Regular Session, 1995, is amended by adding".
   1-20        (5)  In Section 12 of the bill, near the end of added Section
   1-21  5, Article 21.21-8, Insurance Code, strike "Section 2 of the
   1-22  article" and substitute "Section 2 of this article".
