                                  R E S O L U T I O N
    1-1        WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is proud to honor
    1-2  James William Molaison, who recently achieved special distinction
    1-3  by attaining the rank of Eagle Scout; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, Acquired by less than two percent of all young men
    1-5  in the scouting movement, this coveted silver badge represents the
    1-6  highest honor to which a scout can aspire; and
    1-7        WHEREAS, Among James Molaison's most outstanding achievements
    1-8  in the scouting movement has been his eagle service project,
    1-9  dedicated to the renovation and beautification of the prayer garden
   1-10  at his church, Lake Highlands United Methodist Church; and
   1-11        WHEREAS, Before becoming an Eagle Scout, Mr. Molaison had
   1-12  already attained the Order of the Arrow and brought honor to his
   1-13  troop in a variety of challenging capacities, including service as
   1-14  a trek crew leader for 12 days at Philmont Scout Ranch; and
   1-15        WHEREAS, The son of Kathleen and William H. Molaison, Jr.,
   1-16  Eagle Scout Molaison is currently in his senior year at Lake
   1-17  Highlands High School, where he has lettered for three years on the
   1-18  school's varsity tennis team; and
   1-19        WHEREAS, This exceptional young man has demonstrated
   1-20  impressive intelligence, determination, and strength of character
   1-21  in achieving this high honor, and he is indeed worthy of special
   1-22  praise and recognition for his outstanding efforts in this regard;
   1-23  now, therefore, be it
   1-24        RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 74th Texas
    2-1  Legislature hereby congratulate James William Molaison on attaining
    2-2  the rank of Eagle Scout and extend best wishes to him for continued
    2-3  success in all his future endeavors; and, be it further
    2-4        RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
    2-5  prepared for Mr. Molaison as an expression of high regard by the
    2-6  Texas House of Representatives.
