                                  R E S O L U T I O N
    1-1        WHEREAS, October 20, 1994, was indeed a special day for
    1-2  Horace Catley and Janice Catley, for it marked the occasion of the
    1-3  birth of their daughter, Leah Rachell Catley; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, Born at 3:24 p.m. at St. Luke Hospital in Houston,
    1-5  Leah immediately won the hearts of all those who met her, and she
    1-6  is a source of tremendous joy to the members of her family; and
    1-7        WHEREAS, Mr. Catley, an esteemed employee of Kraft General
    1-8  Foods, and his wife, Janice, who serves as the executive director
    1-9  of the Progressive Youth Service, are extremely proud of this
   1-10  charming little Texan; and
   1-11        WHEREAS, With the loving support of a close-knit family to
   1-12  guide her, she can indeed look forward to a bright and happy
   1-13  future; now, therefore, be it
   1-14        RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 74th Texas
   1-15  Legislature officially welcome Leah Rachell Catley as a Texas
   1-16  citizen and congratulate Janice Catley and Horace Catley on the
   1-17  birth of their daughter; and, be it further
   1-18        RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
   1-19  prepared for Leah, her parents, and her other family members as an
   1-20  expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
