                                  R E S O L U T I O N
    1-1        WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is proud to honor
    1-2  Linda Maria Gutierrez, who recently celebrated the joyous occasion
    1-3  of her 14th birthday on May 10, 1995; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, A resident of Lancaster, Ms. Gutierrez is the
    1-5  daughter of Dr. Jose Angel Gutierrez and Gloria Gutierrez,  and she
    1-6  is a student at Greiner Middle School in the Dallas Independent
    1-7  School District; a gifted artist, she has pursued her talents at
    1-8  the Arts Magnet School; and
    1-9        WHEREAS, Throughout her many endeavors, she has been
   1-10  nourished by a deep and abiding religious faith, which she
   1-11  eloquently expresses as a devout parishioner of St. Cecilia's
   1-12  Catholic Church; and
   1-13        WHEREAS, Ms. Gutierrez is an asset to her family and many
   1-14  friends throughout the Lancaster community, and it is indeed
   1-15  appropriate that she receive legislative recognition on this
   1-16  special occasion; now, therefore, be it
   1-17        RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 74th Texas
   1-18  Legislature hereby honor Linda Maria Gutierrez and extend warmest
   1-19  congratulations to her on the occasion of her 14th birthday; and,
   1-20  be it further
   1-21        RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
   1-22  prepared for Ms. Gutierrez as an expression of high regard by the
   1-23  Texas House of Representatives.
