                                  R E S O L U T I O N
    1-1        WHEREAS, The observance of Father's Day on June 18, 1995,
    1-2  will be particularly meaningful for the family of Francisco
    1-3  Sanchez, Sr., and they look forward to celebrating this special day
    1-4  with him; and
    1-5        WHEREAS, Born in Matehuala, San Luis Potosi, Mexico,
    1-6  Mr. Sanchez immigrated to the United States in 1972 and lived in
    1-7  Florida and Indiana before settling in Texas; after studying
    1-8  welding at San Jacinto College, he embarked on a successful 20-year
    1-9  career in that field, and he currently makes his home in Pasadena;
   1-10  and
   1-11        WHEREAS, Now surrounded by a loving family that includes his
   1-12  son, Francisco Sanchez, Jr., his daughter and son-in-law, Isa
   1-13  Yvette and Manuel Munoz, and his cherished grandson, Jacob Anthony
   1-14  Munoz, Mr. Sanchez enjoys a full and rewarding life, and the
   1-15  members of this chamber are proud to extend best wishes to him on
   1-16  this happy holiday; now, therefore, be it
   1-17        RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 74th Texas
   1-18  Legislature hereby honor Francisco Sanchez, Sr., on the occasion of
   1-19  Father's Day and extend to him warmest best wishes for continued
   1-20  success and happiness; and, be it further
   1-21        RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
   1-22  prepared for Mr. Sanchez as an expression of high regard by the
   1-23  Texas House of Representatives.
