                                  R E S O L U T I O N
    1-1        BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the State
    1-2  of Texas, 74th Legislature, Regular Session, 1995, That House Rule
    1-3  13, Section 9(a), be suspended in part as provided by House Rule
    1-4  13, Section 9(f), to enable the conference committee appointed to
    1-5  resolve the differences on House Bill No. 2569 to consider and take
    1-6  action on the following matter:
    1-7        House Rule 13, Sections 9(a)(3) and (4), are suspended to
    1-8  permit the committee to add text on a matter that is not included
    1-9  in either the house or senate version of the bill.  The added text
   1-10  reads as follows:
   1-11        SECTION 19.  If House Bill No. 3050 is enacted by the 74th
   1-12  Legislature at its regular session and becomes law, in addition to
   1-13  other amounts appropriated for the fiscal biennium ending August
   1-14  31, 1997, $1,800,000 in the fiscal year ending August 31, 1996, and
   1-15  $2,300,000 in the fiscal year ending August 31, 1997, are hereby
   1-16  appropriated to the Children's Trust Fund of Texas Council from
   1-17  receipts to the Children's Trust Fund of Texas Council Operating
   1-18  Fund No. 541 for the purpose of implementing this Act.  The council
   1-19  is limited to a total number of full-time-equivalent positions not
   1-20  to exceed seven in the fiscal year ending August 31, 1996, and
   1-21  seven in the fiscal year ending August 31, 1997.
   1-22        Explanation:  This change is necessary to provide a specific
   1-23  amount for an item of appropriation that appears in the senate
   1-24  version of the bill.
