H.R. No. 1201
                                  R E S O L U T I O N
    1-1        BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the State
    1-2  of Texas, 74th Legislature, Regular Session, 1995, That House Rule
    1-3  13, Section 9(a), be suspended in part as provided by House Rule
    1-4  13, Section 9(f), to enable the conference committee appointed to
    1-5  resolve the differences on Senate Bill No.  1542 to consider and
    1-6  take action on the following matter:
    1-7        (1)  House Rule 13, Section 9(a)(4), is suspended to permit
    1-8  the committee to add text to read as follows:
    1-9  If House Bill No. 713, 74th Legislature, Regular Session, 1995, is
   1-10  enacted and becomes law, the amendments made by that act to
   1-11  Sections 11B, 14, 19, 28, 39A, and 44, Private Investigators and
   1-12  Private Security Agencies Act (Article 4413(29bb), V.T.C.S.) and to
   1-13  Section 46.03, Texas Penal Code, do not take effect and are
   1-14  repealed.
   1-15        Explanation:  This change is necessary to clarify the effect
   1-16  of this Act on other legislation.
