                                  R E S O L U T I O N
    1-1        WHEREAS, In life, there are many milestones that we remember
    1-2  as parents, stepping-stones that indicate to us how our children
    1-3  have grown and how with their birth the focal point of our entire
    1-4  existence has been changed forevermore; and
    1-5        WHEREAS, Matthew Joseph Nixon is achieving one such
    1-6  significant marker on the road to adulthood this year with his
    1-7  graduation from Westminster Preschool in Houston; as Matthew
    1-8  eagerly awaits the start of kindergarten in the fall, it is indeed
    1-9  a special time to reflect on the joy he has brought into the lives
   1-10  of his parents, Representative Joe Nixon and Allyson Nixon, his
   1-11  brothers, Nicholas and Stewart Nixon, and his devoted grandparents,
   1-12  Joan Lowery Nixon and Hershell Howard  Nixon and Allan and Anna
   1-13  Dean Collette; now, therefore, be it
   1-14        RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 74th Texas
   1-15  Legislature hereby congratulate Matthew Joseph Nixon on his
   1-16  graduation and extend best wishes to him for much happiness as he
   1-17  continues his education; and, be it further
   1-18        RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
   1-19  prepared for Matthew, his parents, and his grandparents as an
   1-20  expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
