                                  R E S O L U T I O N
    1-1        WHEREAS, Meredith Beebe will be graduating magna cum laude
    1-2  from Winston Churchill High School in San Antonio on May 25, 1995;
    1-3  and
    1-4        WHEREAS, In addition to her superb scholastic performance,
    1-5  Ms. Beebe has distinguished herself as a member of the varsity
    1-6  tennis team and as a senior class chaplain for her school; and
    1-7        WHEREAS, Following her graduation, Ms. Beebe will join her
    1-8  sister Carolyn Beebe at The University of Texas at Austin, where
    1-9  she will no doubt continue to succeed in her studies and in every
   1-10  aspect of student life based on her abundant talent, enthusiasm,
   1-11  and intelligence; and
   1-12        WHEREAS, A vivacious young woman who is a joy to all who know
   1-13  her, she has brought great pride to her parents, Tina and Todd
   1-14  Beebe, to her sister, Carolyn Beebe, and to her grandparents, Joe
   1-15  and Eileen Gnavi, all of whom wish her well as she prepares to
   1-16  begin this exciting new chapter in her life; and
   1-17        WHEREAS, At this time, it is most fitting that Meredith Beebe
   1-18  receive special legislative praise and recognition for her many
   1-19  outstanding achievements; now, therefore, be it
   1-20        RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 74th Texas
   1-21  Legislature hereby congratulate Meredith Beebe on her magna cum
   1-22  laude graduation from Winston Churchill High School and extend
   1-23  sincere best wishes to her for continued success and happiness;
   1-24  and, be it further
    2-1        RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
    2-2  prepared for Ms. Beebe as an expression of highest regard by the
    2-3  Texas House of Representatives.
