                             SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, Article III, Section 17, of the Texas Constitution
    1-2  provides that neither house of the legislature may adjourn for more
    1-3  than three days without the consent of the other house; now,
    1-4  therefore, be it
    1-5        RESOLVED by the 74th Legislature, That each house grant the
    1-6  other permission to adjourn for more than three days during the
    1-7  period beginning on Wednesday, April 12, 1995, and ending on
    1-8  Tuesday, April 18, 1995.
