                             SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, The Legislature of the State of Texas is proud to
    1-2  honor Clear Lake High School Basketball Coach Bill Krueger for his
    1-3  momentous accomplishments; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, The legendary coach has the distinction of being the
    1-5  nation's most accomplished high school basketball coach having won
    1-6  more games than any other high school basketball coach in the
    1-7  United States; and
    1-8        WHEREAS, Coach Krueger extended his victories to a career
    1-9  total of 1,066 games during the 1994-1995 basketball season as he
   1-10  led his Falcons to the Region III title with a victory over the
   1-11  Dobie Longhorns; and
   1-12        WHEREAS, After their regular season ended, the members of the
   1-13  Clear Lake High School basketball team were honored with an
   1-14  invitation to play in The Legends Games at the Wilkerson-Greines
   1-15  Activity Center in Fort Worth; and
   1-16        WHEREAS, Coach Krueger guided the Clear Lake Falcons to their
   1-17  finest performances all season and richly deserves the credit for
   1-18  instilling in his players a desire to achieve their highest
   1-19  potential; and
   1-20        WHEREAS, Under Coach Krueger's exacting tutelage, the Clear
   1-21  Lake Falcons have developed a sense of accomplishment and pride
   1-22  that is shared by the school faculty, students, parents, and
   1-23  community; now, therefore, be it
    2-1        RESOLVED, That the 74th Legislature of the State of Texas
    2-2  hereby extend heartiest congratulations to Coach Bill Krueger for
    2-3  winning the most basketball games of  any high school coach in the
    2-4  country; and, be it further
    2-5        RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be prepared for this
    2-6  remarkable Texan as an expression of the admiration of the Texas
    2-7  Legislature with all best wishes for continued success in the
    2-8  future.
