S.C.R. No. 177
                             SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, S.B. No. 1365 has passed the senate and the house of
    1-2  representatives and is being prepared for enrollment; and
    1-3        WHEREAS, A technical correction needs to be made in the
    1-4  placement of House Amendment Number 1; now, therefore, be it
    1-5        RESOLVED by the 74th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
    1-6  the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to insert House
    1-7  Amendment Number 1 in Article 5.13-1, Insurance Code, in SECTION 1
    1-8  of the bill rather than Section 23.06, Insurance Code, in SECTION 2
    1-9  of the bill.
