    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, James K. Mills of Troop 7 has recently been honored
    1-3  by the Boy Scout program for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, After planning, developing, and conducting a service
    1-5  project through which the community was benefitted, this fine young
    1-6  gentleman was recognized as an able and outstanding leader; and
    1-7        WHEREAS, James brings great honor to himself in earning the
    1-8  coveted Eagle Badge; his family, troop, community, and state are
    1-9  justly proud of his great accomplishment; and
   1-10        WHEREAS, Following the principles of the Scout oath and
   1-11  promise, this personable young man advanced through the ranks of
   1-12  Tenderfoot, Second, First, Star, and Life classes before reaching
   1-13  Eagle Scout; and
   1-14        WHEREAS, James has become one of a privileged few to achieve
   1-15  this prestigious honor and is a glowing example to all citizens of
   1-16  Texas; now, therefore, be it
   1-17        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-18  74th Legislature, hereby commend James K. Mills on receiving this
   1-19  esteemed honor and congratulate him on his great achievement; and,
   1-20  be it further
   1-21        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
   1-22  Eagle Scout Mills as an expression of great admiration from the
   1-23  Texas Senate.
