No. 100 1-1 SENATE RESOLUTION 1-2 In Memory 1-3 of 1-4 Jo Ann Buttarazzi 1-5 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas joins the citizens 1-6 of Harris County in mourning the loss of Jo Ann Buttarazzi who 1-7 died January 22, 1995; and 1-8 WHEREAS, Jo Ann Buttarazzi was dedicated to her work as the 1-9 owner and manager of Buttarazzi's Restaurant; and 1-10 WHEREAS, An exemplary lady, Mrs. Buttarazzi was respected in 1-11 the community for her many accomplishments; and 1-12 WHEREAS, A woman of integrity, strength, and generosity, she 1-13 gave unselfishly of her time to others; and 1-14 WHEREAS, She was intelligent, warmhearted, and wise, and she 1-15 will long be remembered for her engaging personality and sense 1-16 of humor; and 1-17 WHEREAS, Jo Ann Buttarazzi was a devoted mother, and she 1-18 leaves behind memories that will be treasured forever by her 1-19 family and many friends; now, therefore, be it 1-20 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 1-21 74th Legislature, hereby extend sincere condolences to the bereaved 1-22 family of Jo Ann Buttarazzi: her daughters and sons-in-law, Jodi 1-23 and Aldo El Sharif, Victoria and Roger Warnken, and Dawn Buttarazzi; 2-1 her mother, Marie Feminella; her brother, Vincent Feminella; and her 2-2 granddaughter, Amanda El Sharif; and, be it further 2-3 RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for the 2-4 members of her family as an expression of deepest sympathy from the 2-5 Texas Senate, and that when the Senate adjourns this day, it do so 2-6 in memory of Jo Ann Buttarazzi. 2-7 ______________________________________ 2-8 President of the Senate 2-9 I hereby certify that the above 2-10 Resolution was adopted by the Senate 2-11 on January 30, 1995, by a rising vote. 2-12 ______________________________________ 2-13 Secretary of the Senate 2-14 ______________________________________ 2-15 Member, Texas Senate
