    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, Warren and Zena Litman of Huntsville placed great
    1-3  faith and trust in the future when they married on January 13, 1944,
    1-4  and they have been amply rewarded as they recently celebrated their
    1-5  golden wedding anniversary; and
    1-6        WHEREAS, The world has changed considerably during the years
    1-7  of their marriage, yet Mr. and Mrs. Litman have steadfastly embraced
    1-8  traditional family and moral values; and
    1-9        WHEREAS, Over the years, they have grown stronger in their
   1-10  love and devotion as together they have experienced the joys and
   1-11  sorrows of everyday living; and
   1-12        WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Litman have been blessed with a
   1-13  wonderful family; their children, Ken and Kathy, and their two
   1-14  grandchildren have been a source of much pride and joy; and
   1-15        WHEREAS, Both are retired and enjoy living in Huntsville;
   1-16  Warren Litman was an electrician with ARMCO and Zena Litman was
   1-17  a nurse; and
   1-18        WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Litman credit the success of their
   1-19  marriage to communication with each other and love for one another;
   1-20  and
   1-21        WHEREAS, The long and happy union of Mr. and Mrs. Litman is
   1-22  truly an inspiration to us all; now, therefore, be it
   1-23        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
    2-1  74th Legislature, hereby extend sincere congratulations to
    2-2  Mr. and Mrs. Warren Litman on their 50th wedding anniversary; and,
    2-3  be it further
    2-4        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
    2-5  this distinguished couple as a memento of this special day in their
    2-6  lives.
