    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, The birth of a baby is one of the most treasured
    1-3  events in the life of a couple; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, Wednesday, March 8, 1995, will be a day long
    1-5  cherished and remembered by Tim and Faith Laible for on that day
    1-6  their handsome baby boy, Michael Scott Laible, was born; and
    1-7        WHEREAS, The healthy infant fulfilled his parents' dearest
    1-8  wish by his arrival at 5:45 p.m.; the new parents are filled with
    1-9  joy over this long-awaited child who has already found a permanent
   1-10  place in their hearts; and
   1-11        WHEREAS, Friends and relatives of Tim and Faith received the
   1-12  exciting news with expressions of love and shared delight; and
   1-13        WHEREAS, Michael Scott Laible is the much-loved grandson of
   1-14  his paternal grandparents, Otto and Gloria Laible; and
   1-15        WHEREAS, Warren and Hope Carroll, the maternal grandparents,
   1-16  take great pride in their new grandson; and
   1-17        WHEREAS, This fine young gentleman has won a special place
   1-18  in many hearts, and it is appropriate that the Texas Senate welcome
   1-19  the native Texan to the illustrious ranks of the citizenry of the
   1-20  Lone Star State; now, therefore, be it
   1-21        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-22  74th Legislature, hereby congratulate Tim and Faith Laible on their
   1-23  recent family addition and honor Michael Scott Laible as one of the
    2-1  newest and most distinguished citizens of the State of Texas; and,
    2-2  be it further
    2-3        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
    2-4  Mr. and Mrs. Tim Laible and Michael Scott Laible as an expression
    2-5  of high regard from the Texas Senate with its best wishes for much
    2-6  future happiness.
