     1-10           WHEREAS, Following the principles of the Scout oath and
     1-11     promise, Andy advanced through the ranks of Tenderfoot, Second,
     1-12     First, Star, and Life classes before reaching Eagle Scout; and
     1-13           WHEREAS, This personable young man has displayed leadership
     1-14     through planning, developing, and conducting a service project;
     1-15     he is truly a shining example to his fellow Scouts and citizens
     1-16     of his community; and
     1-17           WHEREAS, In being named Eagle Scout, Andy Wagner brings
     1-18     great honor to himself, his family, his troop, his community,
     1-19     and his state; now, therefore, be it
     1-20           RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
     1-21     74th Legislature, hereby commend Andy Wagner of Troop 333 on
     1-22     receiving this prestigious honor and congratulate him on his
     1-23     outstanding achievement; and, be it further
     1-24           RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
     1-25     Eagle Scout Wagner as an expression of high regard and esteem from
     1-26     the Texas Senate.
