    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, A golden wedding anniversary is a splendid occasion
    1-3  and calls for much celebration; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Nance of Honey Grove have
    1-5  reason to rejoice since renewing their marriage vows in a ceremony
    1-6  held on April 2, 1995, at the Allen's Point Baptist Church to honor
    1-7  their 50 rich and rewarding years together; and
    1-8        WHEREAS, The family and friends of this beloved couple
    1-9  joined them on this happy occasion to congratulate them and share
   1-10  in their abundant warmth and joy; the ceremony was officiated by
   1-11  the Reverend Kevin Mitchell; and
   1-12        WHEREAS, The loving respect this loyal and devoted couple
   1-13  share with one another is evident to all who are fortunate enough
   1-14  to know them; and
   1-15        WHEREAS, This happy marriage has been blessed with a wonderful
   1-16  family; their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren
   1-17  participated in the ceremony, which made the celebration all the
   1-18  more meaningful; now, therefore, be it
   1-19        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-20  74th Legislature, hereby join the relatives and friends of
   1-21  Mr. and Mrs. Albert Nance in extending them best wishes and
   1-22  congratulations on their 50th wedding anniversary; and, be it
   1-23  further
    2-1        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for this
    2-2  distinguished couple as a memento of this grand occasion.
