1-1 SENATE RESOLUTION
1-2 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas takes pride in
1-3 recognizing Christy Sanders of Spring on her recent selection as
1-4 the recipient of a Texas Career and Technology Education Award; and
1-5 WHEREAS, The award is being presented to Christy at the
1-6 Texas Career and Technology Education Awards Program on May 5, 1995;
1-7 and
1-8 WHEREAS, The program recognizes outstanding achievements by
1-9 students in career and technology education; and
1-10 WHEREAS, A talented and industrious student, Christy is a
1-11 model for students of all ages in the State of Texas; and
1-12 WHEREAS, An exemplary young lady who is majoring in home
1-13 economics, Christy Sanders strives for excellence in all of her
1-14 endeavors and is a source of much pride to her family, her school,
1-15 and her community; now, therefore, be it
1-16 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
1-17 74th Legislature, hereby commend Christy Sanders for her
1-18 accomplishments and extend congratulations to her on earning a
1-19 Texas Career and Technology Education Award; and, be it further
1-20 RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for her
1-21 as an expression of regard from the Texas Senate.
