    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is proud to
    1-3  recognize Yvette R. Baldwin on the auspicious occasion of her
    1-4  graduation from Texas Southern University on May 13, 1995; and
    1-5        WHEREAS, A graduate of the High School for Health
    1-6  Professions, Yvette has served as a sales representative and as
    1-7  a medical receptionist; she was also an intern in Senator Ellis's
    1-8  office where she skillfully handled complex office duties and
    1-9  assisted with a wide array of constituent needs; and
   1-10        WHEREAS, Talented and hardworking, Yvette has earned a
   1-11  bachelor of science degree with a major in health administration;
   1-12  and
   1-13        WHEREAS, A respected and well-liked student, Yvette is an
   1-14  exemplary young lady who establishes her goals and pursues them
   1-15  with perseverance and clear-sightedness; and
   1-16        WHEREAS, Yvette's degree is evidence of her dedication and
   1-17  outstanding abilities, and she is a source of much pride to her
   1-18  family and her community; now, therefore, be it
   1-19        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-20  74th Legislature, hereby commend Yvette R. Baldwin for her superior
   1-21  accomplishments and extend to her best wishes for the future; and,
   1-22  be it further
   1-23        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for her
    2-1  as a token of congratulations from the Texas Senate.
