    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas takes pleasure in
    1-3  recognizing Deborah Wadsworth for her selection as Wichita Falls
    1-4  Independent School District's Teacher of the Year, 1994-1995; and
    1-5        WHEREAS, This English and reading specialist has been a
    1-6  teacher at Alamo Elementary School for 11 years and has 14
    1-7  years in the teaching profession; and
    1-8        WHEREAS, She received her bachelor of science degree
    1-9  from Midwestern State University and participates in the
   1-10  Texas Classroom Teachers Association; and
   1-11        WHEREAS, An exceptionally resourceful and dedicated teacher,
   1-12  she has assisted with a wide array of student activities over the
   1-13  years and has distinguished herself in her profession; and
   1-14        WHEREAS, Her students have greatly benefitted from her
   1-15  skillful teaching methods, sincere concern for the individual,
   1-16  and wise counsel and encouragement; and
   1-17        WHEREAS, This dedicated professional is a talented instructor
   1-18  and leader, who instills in her students a sense of pride and a
   1-19  lifelong love of learning; now, therefore, be it
   1-20        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-21  74th Legislature, hereby commend Deborah Wadsworth for superb
   1-22  contributions to the educational system of Texas and extend best
   1-23  wishes to her for many rewarding years ahead; and, be it further
    2-1        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
    2-2  Deborah Wadsworth as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
