    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
    1-3  offer congratulations to Melissa K. Wooten and Randy L. Wooten
    1-4  on the birth of their beautiful baby girl, Alexandra Rae Wooten;
    1-5  and
    1-6        WHEREAS, Alexandra was born at 12:54 p.m. on April 13, 1995;
    1-7  and
    1-8        WHEREAS, The birth of a baby is one of the most cherished
    1-9  events in the life of a couple; and
   1-10        WHEREAS, Now that the long-anticipated event has occurred,
   1-11  Melissa and Randy are enjoying feelings of pride and joy; and
   1-12        WHEREAS, Friends and relatives of the family received the
   1-13  exciting news of Alexandra's birth with expressions of love and
   1-14  shared delight; and
   1-15        WHEREAS, The grandparents, George and Jaynie Wooten,
   1-16  Samantha Hatfield, and Woody and Roberta Hatfield, are taking
   1-17  great pride in the arrival of their grandchild and in their
   1-18  growing family; and
   1-19        WHEREAS, It is truly fitting that the Texas Senate
   1-20  recognize this newborn little girl as a treasured citizen of the
   1-21  State of Texas; now, therefore, be it
   1-22        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-23  74th Legislature, hereby extend congratulations to Melissa and
    2-1  Randy Wooten and warm greetings to Alexandra Rae Wooten with best
    2-2  wishes for much future happiness; and, be it further
    2-3        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for the
    2-4  Wooten family as an expression of regard from the Texas Senate.
