    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, On May 19, 1995, Jertodd La-Raye Casselberry will
    1-3  be awarded a diploma from the Texas School for the Deaf in Austin
    1-4  at commencement exercises to be held on the Rudy Gamblin Football
    1-5  Field; and
    1-6        WHEREAS, His graduation is the culmination of years of
    1-7  diligent study in a curriculum designed to challenge and broaden
    1-8  the student's knowledge; and
    1-9        WHEREAS, Jertodd can take pride in having earned a diploma
   1-10  from a school that is respected in academic circles in Texas
   1-11  as well as nationally for its outstanding quality of instruction
   1-12  and dedication to excellence; and
   1-13        WHEREAS, Jertodd can face the future with full confidence that
   1-14  his accomplishments, learning skills, and acquired knowledge will
   1-15  hold him in good stead in whatever path he chooses; and
   1-16        WHEREAS, Upon graduation, Jertodd embarks on an adventure
   1-17  into a world that holds countless exciting opportunities; the family
   1-18  and friends of this remarkable individual are justifiably proud of
   1-19  his notable achievements; now, therefore, be it
   1-20        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-21  74th Legislature, hereby congratulate Jertodd La-Raye Casselberry
   1-22  for completing the requirements for graduation from the Texas
   1-23  School for the Deaf and extend best wishes for continued success
    2-1  in the future; and, be it further
    2-2        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
    2-3  Jertodd as a memento of this important milestone in his life.
