    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is proud to
    1-3  recognize Pat Freeman who is retiring after seven and one-half
    1-4  years of loyal service with the Tyler Independent School District
    1-5  and after many years of distinguished service in the school
    1-6  districts of Texas; and
    1-7        WHEREAS, Pat Freeman has served for over seven years as the
    1-8  bookkeeper for John Tyler High School; she was formerly a registrar
    1-9  at Midland High School, a secretary at Alamo Junior High School,
   1-10  and a secretary at Kirk Wilson Special Education School; and
   1-11        WHEREAS, Dedicated to John Tyler High School and to her work,
   1-12  Mrs. Freeman has been an excellent bookkeeper who was consistently
   1-13  organized and up-to-date with her record keeping; and
   1-14        WHEREAS, In tribute to Mrs. Freeman's years of loyalty
   1-15  and hard work, the district is giving her special recognition
   1-16  by hosting a retirement party in her honor on May 25, 1995; and
   1-17        WHEREAS, During her tenure at John Tyler High School,
   1-18  Pat Freeman has had a positive influence on the lives of her
   1-19  co-workers, and her skills and her presence in the school's
   1-20  office will be greatly missed; now, therefore, be it
   1-21        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-22  74th Legislature, hereby commend Pat Freeman for her many
   1-23  contributions to the educational system of Texas and extend to
    2-1  her best wishes for the future; and, be it further
    2-2        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
    2-3  her as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
