No. 1161 1-1 SENATE RESOLUTION 1-2 WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas takes pride in 1-3 recognizing Lea Ann Wimberley on the auspicious occasion of her 1-4 graduation from high school through her home schooling program; 1-5 and 1-6 WHEREAS, Lea Ann has successfully completed her high school 1-7 course work, which included studies in English, vocal performance, 1-8 piano, drama, arts and crafts, and homemaking; she also was active 1-9 in Gift of Mercy, the All-State Baptist Choir, and soccer; and 1-10 WHEREAS, Attentive, dependable, diligent, and resourceful, 1-11 Lea Ann Wimberley is a model student whose belief in God is strong 1-12 and whose high moral principles are a source of inspiration to 1-13 others; and 1-14 WHEREAS, An exemplary young lady, she is loyal, generous, 1-15 and sensitive to the needs of her friends and family; and 1-16 WHEREAS, Lea Ann's educational achievements and moral 1-17 excellence are worthy of commendation, and she is a source of 1-18 much pride and joy to her family and her community; now, therefore, 1-19 be it 1-20 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 1-21 74th Legislature, hereby commend Lea Ann Wimberley on completing 1-22 her high school studies and extend to her congratulations with best 1-23 wishes for the future; and, be it further 2-1 RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 2-2 her as an expression of high regard from the Texas Senate. 2-3 ______________________________________ 2-4 President of the Senate 2-5 I hereby certify that the above 2-6 Resolution was adopted by the Senate 2-7 on May 23, 1995. 2-8 ______________________________________ 2-9 Secretary of the Senate 2-10 ______________________________________ 2-11 Member, Texas Senate
