    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, Andrew Clarence Vacek has mastered all of the
    1-3  subjects required of a Texas high school student including
    1-4  government, algebra, English, biology, computer science, history,
    1-5  good citizenship, reading, economics, and spelling; and
    1-6        WHEREAS, Andrew has proven himself to be a hard worker
    1-7  whether in his studies, in his home, or as an employee; when he
    1-8  does anything, he does it with all of his heart; and
    1-9        WHEREAS, He is trustworthy, caring, loving, considerate,
   1-10  loyal, full of integrity, intelligent, and a friend to all; and
   1-11        WHEREAS, An originator, a producer, and a leader, Andrew
   1-12  is a faithful servant in many ways to other people; full of life
   1-13  and  laughter, he is always finding humor in various situations;
   1-14  and
   1-15        WHEREAS, Above all, Andrew is a very discerning and
   1-16  sensitive young man who goes the extra mile to please those around
   1-17  him; a son in whom his parents are well pleased, Andrew is a caring
   1-18  and loving brother, grandchild, nephew, and cousin, a faithful
   1-19  friend, and a true child of God; and
   1-20        WHEREAS, Andrew has achieved his education with honor,
   1-21  through homeschooling and Christian Liberty Academy; having
   1-22  accomplished this important step in his life, he will further
   1-23  his education in college in order to achieve his goals; and
    2-1        WHEREAS, This fine young man continues his journey
    2-2  with the blessings of his parents, his brother and sister,
    2-3  his relatives, his friends and neighbors, his church, and his
    2-4  employers; now, therefore, be it
    2-5        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
    2-6  74th Legislature, hereby extend sincere congratulations to
    2-7  Andrew Clarence Vacek on his high school graduation with best
    2-8  wishes in his future endeavors; and, be it further
    2-9        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
   2-10  him as an expression of the high regard of the Texas Senate.
