     1-10     the following statements on the face of the bond:
     1-11                 (1)  that the holder of the permit will not violate a
     1-12     law of the state relating to alcoholic beverages or a rule of the
     1-13     commission; and
     1-14                 (2)  that the holder of the permit agrees that the
     1-15     amount of the bond shall be paid to the state if the permit is
     1-16     revoked or on final adjudication that the holder violated a
     1-17     provision of this code, regardless of whether the actions of an
     1-18     employee of a holder are not attributable to the holder under
     1-19     Section 106.14.
     1-20           Explanation:  This change is necessary to clarify the
     1-21     requirements for a valid conduct surety bond.
     1-22           (2)  Subdivision (4), Senate Rule 12.03, is suspended to
     1-23     permit the committee to add text in Subsection (b), Section 61.13,
     1-24     Alcoholic Beverage Code, to read as follows:
     1-25           (b)  A surety bond required under this section shall contain
     2-10     Section 106.14لل.
     2-11           Explanation:  This change is necessary to clarify the
     2-12     requirements for a valid conduct surety bond.
