    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is proud to
    1-3  recognize William Carl Harlan on the auspicious occasion of his
    1-4  graduation from Honey Grove High School on May 26, 1995; and
    1-5        WHEREAS, Talented and hardworking, William has successfully
    1-6  completed his high school studies; and
    1-7        WHEREAS, A respected and well-liked student, William was
    1-8  active in many facets of campus life and will be missed by the
    1-9  student body and faculty; and
   1-10        WHEREAS, Having faced the many challenges of high school
   1-11  education with success and distinction, William now embarks on
   1-12  an adventure into a world for which he is well prepared and which
   1-13  holds countless exciting opportunities for him; now, therefore,
   1-14  be it
   1-15        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-16  74th Legislature, hereby commend William Carl Harlan for his
   1-17  accomplishments and extend to him best wishes for the future;
   1-18  and, be it further
   1-19        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
   1-20  him as a token of congratulations from the Texas Senate.
