     1-10     Regular Session, 1995, is enacted and becomes law, Sections 46.11
     1-11     and 46.12, Penal Code, as added by S.B. No. 1, have no effect and
     1-12     are repealed.
     1-13           Explanation:  This change is necessary to repeal Sections
     1-14     46.11 and 46.12, Penal Code, as added by S.B. No. 1, Acts of the
     1-15     74th Legislature, Regular Session, 1995, which contain conflicting
     1-16     provisions relating to weapon-free zones.
