     1-10           SECTION 6.  If H.B. No. 3050 is enacted by the 74th
     1-11     Legislature at its regular session and becomes law, in addition to
     1-12     other amounts appropriated for the fiscal biennium ending August
     1-13     31, 1997, all receipts deposited in the Children's Trust Fund of
     1-14     Texas Council Operating Fund No. 541 in the biennium ending August
     1-15     31, 1997, estimated to be $1,800,000 in the fiscal year ending
     1-16     August 31, 1996, and $2,300,000 in the fiscal year ending August
     1-17     31, 1997, are appropriated to the Children's Trust Fund of Texas
     1-18     Council for the purpose of implementing this Act.  The council is
     1-19     limited to a total number of full-time-equivalent positions not to
     1-20     exceed seven in the fiscal year ending August 31, 1996, and seven
     1-21     in the fiscal year ending August 31, 1997.
