     1-10           SECTION 6.  If House Bill No. 3050 is enacted by the 74th
     1-11     Legislature at its regular session and becomes law, in addition to
     1-12     other amounts appropriated for the fiscal biennium ending
     1-13     August 31, 1997, receipts deposited in the Children's Trust Fund of
     1-14     Texas Council Operating Fund No. 541 in the biennium ending
     1-15     August 31, 1997, in an amount not to exceed $750,000 in the fiscal
     1-16     year ending August 31, 1996, and $750,000 in the fiscal year ending
     1-17     August 31, 1997, are appropriated to the Children's Trust Fund of
     1-18     Texas Council for the purpose of implementing this Act.  The
     1-19     council is limited to a total number of full-time-equivalent
     1-20     positions not to exceed seven in the fiscal year ending August 31,
     1-21     1996, and seven in the fiscal year ending August 31, 1997.
