                                  R E S O L U T I O N
    1-1        BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Texas, 74th
    1-2  Legislature, Regular Session, 1995, That the Senate recede from the
    1-3  amendments adopted by the Senate to H.B. 2247, relating to the
    1-4  transfer of the University of Central Texas to The Texas A&M
    1-5  University System, and declare that bill to have passed the Senate
    1-6  in the same form in which it was received by the Senate from the
    1-7  House, and the House be notified of this action.
