    1-1                           SENATE RESOLUTION
    1-2        WHEREAS, A 45th wedding anniversary is a splendid occasion
    1-3  and calls for much celebration; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. L. B. Morris of Bonham have reason to
    1-5  rejoice; since their marriage on August 21, 1950, Lura and L. B.
    1-6  have spent 45 years together in loyalty and devotion; and
    1-7        WHEREAS, The esteemed couple met in Bonham while L. B. was
    1-8  coach at Bonham High School, and they started dating in 1940; and
    1-9        WHEREAS, The family and friends of this beloved couple will
   1-10  join them in August, 1995, to congratulate them and share in their
   1-11  warmth and joy; and
   1-12        WHEREAS, The loving respect Lura and L. B. share with one
   1-13  another is evident to all who are fortunate enough to know them;
   1-14  and
   1-15        WHEREAS, This happy couple has been blessed with a wonderful
   1-16  family:  their sons, Monte and Mackie; their five grandchildren;
   1-17  and their great-grandchild are the source of much pleasure; now,
   1-18  therefore, be it
   1-19        RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
   1-20  74th Legislature, hereby join the relatives and friends of
   1-21  Mr. and Mrs. L. B. Morris in extending them best wishes and
   1-22  congratulations on their 45th wedding anniversary; and, be it
   1-23  further
    2-1        RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
    2-2  this distinguished couple as a memento of this grand occasion.
