In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
22 (relating to a discount on motor vehicle insurance premiums
for cetain students based on academic achievement) this office
has determined the following:

The bill would provide a discount motor vehicle insurance
premuiums for cetain student based on academic achievement.  The
Commissioner of Insurance would prescribe the manner in which
information would be submitted to the Department of Insurance
regarding eligibility for and revocation of discounts.

No significant fiscal implication to the State or units of local
government is anticipated.
