In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
48 (Relating to education of parties to a suit affecting the
parent-child relationship regarding the effect of the suit on
children.) this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
