In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
126 (relating to a prohibition of the requirement of a polygraph
examination of a complainant as a condition of charging a
defendant accused of certain criminal offenses) this office has
determined the following:
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
