In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
182 (relating to the murder of an individual providing certain
medical emergency care or an individual serving as a fire
department or law enforcement chaplain as a capital offense) this
office has determined the following:




No significant fiscal implication to the State or units of local
government is anticipated.
