In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
184 (relating to membership and continuing education requirements
of the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and
Education) this office has determined the following:




No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
determined.
