In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
262 (relating to the regulation of political contributions and
political expenditures in connection with certain judicial
candidates and officeholders and to personal financial statements
filed by certain judicial officeholders; providing criminal
penalties) this office has determined the following:




No significant fiscal implication to the State or units of local
government is anticipated.
