In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
277 (relating to creation of an offense for parking a commercial
motor vehicle overnight in certain residential subdivisions) this
office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
