In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
347 (relating to insurance coverage for certain real property
foundations) this office has determined the following:

The bill would repeal Insurance Code provisions allowing
exclusions of insurance coverage for certain real property
foundations and would prohibit exclusions for such coverage.


No fiscal implication to the State or units of local government
is anticipated.
