In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
375 (relating to billing for an assessment by certain
municipalities for expenses incurred in relation to certain
neglected property) this office has determined the following:

The bill would allow a local government to charge the owner of a
property deemed unsanitary or dangerous for any cleanup cost
incurred by the county or city.  The local government would have
the option of including the cleanup bill with a bill for property
taxes.


No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
