In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
546 (Relating to the exclusion of unserved property from certain
water conservation and reclamation districts.) this office has
determined the following:

The bill would allow a property owner, who is in a water
conservation and reclamation district, to petition the district
to remove their property from the district's property tax roll,
if the district is not providing services.


No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to  units of local government cannot be
determined.
