In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
553 (Relating to the operation of community mental health and
mental retardation centers and of psychiatric centers created
through contract by a community mental health center.) this
office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is
anticipated.
