In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on House Bill No.
564 (relating to requiring certain home-rule municipalities to
obtain annexation approval from voters in the area to be annexed)
this office has determined the following:

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal implication to units of local government cannot be
